Services also include performing site assessment work for projects related to development, conservation, water quality protection, stormwater permitting and other local, state, or federal permit related assessments.
Bill E. Couch, President and CEO of AGUA, has more than 22 years experience in planning, developing, and managing projects in both the public and private sector. Bill is a licensed Professional Geoscientist registered in the State of Texas and Certified as a Professional Planner by the American Institute of Certified Planners.
